摘要
随着改革开放的深入和科学技术的发展 ,国外粮机制造公司进入中国市场 ,促使稻谷加工工艺也在不断地进步和发展。概述了我国中小型米厂的现状 ,论述了稻谷加工各工段的工艺流程 ,结合我国稻米加工企业的实际情况 。
Along with progress of reform and opening to the outside world and development of science and technology, overseas cereal processing machinery companies entered the Chinese market, which promoted the domestic rice processing technology to progress and develop continuously. The present situations of domestic small and middle sized rice mills and technological processes of rice processing were discussed and some suggestions were provided for reference based on the practical situations of domestic rice processing enterprises.
