摘要
由于国有商业银行的“内部人”控制,由道德风险而引发的操作风险问题一直得不到很好的解决。归根结底还是银行公司治理问题。应用公司治理的基本原理分析了国有银行公司治理的缺陷,并在此基础上提出了改进措施。
Due to'insiders' control',the problem of operational risks caused by moral hazard within state -ow ned commercial banks has long been a big h eadache.To cure it,the only panacea is bancorp governance.This paper ap plies the fundamental principles of the bancorp governance to analyzes the major weaknesses in bancorp governance,and puts forward some improving measures.
