摘要
本文以非接触式IC卡为应用背景,从片上天线的集总模型出发,根据对具体天线的仿真分析,发现在较低频率下工作在谐振条件的片上天线能提供给负载的能量不如非谐振时多,提出在设计非接触式IC卡片上天线时,不应考虑天线电路是否谐振,而应从能量供给的角度来优化片上天线的设计。
In the base of lumped model of on -chip antenna,it is found,with analysis for simulation of detailed coils,that in lower frequency more energy can be supplied for the circuits of contact - loss IC card in non - resonance condition than that of in resonance one. Therefore, it concludes that on - chip antenna should be designed from the aspect of energy supply.
