摘要
近两年来,了加强亚洲金融系统的稳定性,并使为亚洲资本在亚洲得到有效配置,亚洲各国(地区)提出了发展亚洲债券市场的各种建议。这些建议涉及的内容主要集中在三方面:一是关于亚洲债券市场的基础环境;二是关于亚洲债券的定值货币;是关于亚洲债券金融风险的技三术处理。其中,亚洲债券定值货币问题是焦点。本文认为,亚洲债券应该用美元定值;此外,亚洲各国(地区)国内债券市场的发展速度要与当前金融与经济环境相适应。
Asian countries have put forward many suggestions on developing Asian bond market to stabilize Asian financial system and effectively distribute the capital in Asian countries. The suggestions mainly include three aspects of which bond pricing is the main problem. According to the author it should be priced by American dollar besides the developing speed of the national bond markets should be matched with current financial and economic environment.
