摘要
职工持股制度是股份公司治理结构完善的重要环节。这一制度的推行有利于平抑贫富差距、缓和社会矛盾,提高劳动生产率,但是它也存在着许多不足。本文从其产生、发展和存在的必要性谈起,对现状进行分析,指出这一制度的不足,进而提出一些完善的措施。
Employee-stock-ownership system is the important link in perfecting administration structure in joint-stock companies. Promoting the system helps to decrease the gap between the rich and the poor, to relax social contradiction, and to improve efficiency of production, but their still exist some disadvantages in the system itself, which need to be perfected.
