我国大豆产业发展前景广阔 ,但市场价格的波动往往给大豆种植业和加工业带来许多风险 ,应建立和完善风险防范机制 ,充分发挥套期保值的作用 ,规避市场风险 ,才能利于我国发展大豆产业。
The soybean industry prospect is wide,but price fluctuation often bring risk to soybean farming and processing.In order to promote the future development of national soybean industry,risk-avoiding mechanism is necessary and the role of hedge must be played to avoid market risk.
