摘要
本文给出了Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统抗热冲击微晶玻璃的红外辐射光谱,根据该微晶玻璃的组成与结构,探讨了其红外辐射机理.认为,抗热冲击徽晶玻璃具有平直且宽广的红外辐射光谱曲线是由于其含有几种红外辐射光谱各异且互补的晶相.该微晶玻璃在低于750℃条件下的结构和晶相不发生变化,因而具有稳定的高发射率.
Infrared radiation spectra of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system anti-thermal shock glass-ceramic are described. The radiation mechanism of this glass-ceramic, according to its composition and structureis discussed. It is proposed that the smooth and wide curve of infrared radiation of this glass-ceramicis attributed to the various crystallines which have compensative infrared radiation spectra. Since thestructure and crystal phases are unchanged. up to 750 ℃, this anti-thermal shock glass-ceramic possessesa steady and high infrared emissivity.
