摘要 目的了解互联网网民对艾滋病(AIDS)预防的需求、心理和行为,评价专家网上开展AIDS咨询的效果。方法采用传播学内容分析的方法,对中国生殖健康网站“红丝带网上直播”48期节目的记录文件进行分析。结果1601位网民提出2272个与AIDS有关的问题,其中艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测、诊断、HIV感染及感染症状等约占544%;对基本知识的提问较少。47位专家回答网民提问,直接回答占808%;间接回答占9%;答非所问占27%;未回答占56%;延伸回答占04%;难回答的问题有30个;对“窗口期”、“检测结果”的时间判断问题专家回答不一致。结论网民中有半数以上有过高危行为。网民对预防基本知识有所了解,但不能完全化解疑虑,需要专家帮助指导,但专家咨询缺少规范标准。利用互联网虚拟空间开展咨询活动,对促进易感人群的行为改变十分有利。 Objective To find out Internet users’ demand,idea and behaviour on AIDS prevention and evaluate the effectiveness of specialists’ counselling service on line.Method By contents analysis method used for communication studies,recorded documents from 48 Red Ribbon Live Webcast Programs in China Reproductive Health Webstite were analyzed.Result Two thousand two hundred and seventy two AIDS related questions were raised by 1601 internet users,among which questions related to the testing,diagnosis,infection and symptoms of HIV/AIDS accounted for 54.4%,and there were less questions about basic knowledge for HIV/AIDS.Forty seven specialists provided answers to Internet users,of which direct answers accounted for 80.8%,indirect ones 9%,unrelated 2.7%,neglected 5.6%,extended 0.4% and 30 ones were rather difficult.Specialists’ answers on time judgment on “window period” and “test results” were not identical.Conclusion Over half of the total Internet users have had high risky behaviours.Internet users have some basic knowledge on prevention,although some of confusions remain in them.They still need guidance from specialists, however there are lacks of standardized methods.It is advantageous to conduct counselling services to promote behavioural change in vulnerable groups by utilizing virtual space on Internet.
