摘要
清朝统一蒙古族后,清朝统治者从蒙古社会具体的生活习惯和法律传统出发,有针对性地制定了大量的法律。这些法律的制定和实施无论是对于蒙古地区进行行之有效的管辖,还是对蒙古族实行"因俗而治"的政策,都发挥了极其重要的作用,也是我国对少数民族立法的集大成者。
After unifying Mongolia, Qing dynasty made much legislation according to the habitats and tradition of Mongolia. The make and enforcement of these laws were important to rule the Mongolia and carry out the policy of 'administrating according to customs'. Of course it is the sum-up of the legislation to minor nations.
