摘要
科学的考核体系、考核指标和考核程序与方法,是发挥目标导向作用,并把企业战略细化落实的保障。平衡计分卡的绩效考核不仅是一个指标评价系统,而且还是一个战略管理系统,它反映一个组织综合经营状况,使业绩评价趋于平衡和完善,利于组织长期发展。
Plenty of enterprise still have many shortcomings in the interior achievement check-up. The reason is that the enterprises have not took the achievement check-up on the strategic position. Scientific check-up system, assessment criteria and check-up procedure is the guarantee for achieving enterprise strategy. The idea of balanced score card gives us good experience.
