大环内酯类药物对链球菌耐药性及耐药机制

摘要
链球菌(Streptococcus)是化脓性球菌的一类常见的细菌,广泛存在于自然界和人及动物粪便、鼻咽部、泌尿生殖道,致病性链球菌可引起多种动物和人的化脓性炎症。尤其是肺炎链球菌和猪链球菌对大环内酯类药物的耐药性日趋严重,给疾病的诊断和治疗带来困难,对人类公共卫生造成危害。现将大环内酯类药物对链球菌耐药性及耐药机制作以阐述,为预防疾病提供依据。
