摘要
公私伙伴关系是政府部门与民营部门之间的契约关系。文章分析了公私伙伴关系的经济理论及运行方式,论述了我国实行公私伙伴关系的必要性。
Public-private partnership is the contract relationship between governments and private sections. The paper analyses economic theories and operation methods of public-private partnerships, and states the necessity of implementing the public-private partnerships in China.
