摘要 遵循"K-A-P(知识-态度-行为)"模型,对随机抽样的北京东城居民1095名进行营养知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果表明文化程度低及家庭主妇的营养知识得分最低。调查中,78%的居民依据自己口味爱好和生活习惯来选择食品。仅有36%~42%的居民采取措施预防高血压、冠心病。但93%以上的居民希望获得更多的营养科学知识。以上结果为今后开展健康教育、指导合理膳食、预防慢性病指出了重点人群、基本方法和内容。还对当前居民膳食结论及问卷中的K-A-P之间相互关系进行了讨论。 According to 'K-A-P' (knowledge-Attitude-Practice) model, the nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice of a random samples of 1095 inhabitants of Beijing eastern district were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed:nutritional knowledge scores of the low educated people and housewives were the lowest; 78% of inhab itants chose the foods according to their fondness of the food oral taste; only 36%~42% inhabitants take measures to prevent hypertension, coronary heart disease; but above 93% of inhabitants hope to get more nutritional knowledges. These results gave us the informatinn on the development of health education, activities to guide the target groups to have reasonable diet and to prevent chronic diseases. The relationships between the present diet pattern and 'K-A-P' in the questionnaire were discussed.
