摘要 目的 探讨妥泰对围产期缺氧缺血性脑损伤 Wistar大鼠运动及学习记忆能力的影响。方法 夹闭妊娠 Wistar大鼠子宫血管 ,制成围产期急性缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型 ,治疗组给予妥泰 ,通过翻身时间、爬行时间及悬吊实验对各组新生鼠运动能力进行比较 ,并于生后 2 8d通过 Morris全自动水迷宫实验 ,比较各组新生鼠学习记忆能力的差别。结果 妥泰治疗组急性缺氧缺血性脑损伤的新生鼠运动能力及学习记忆能力明显好于对照组 ,且随着给药次数的增多呈现好转趋势。结论 妥泰可能具有改善围产期缺氧缺血性脑损伤 Wistar大鼠生后的运动能力及学习记忆能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of Topamax on movement,study and memory ability of perinatal Wistar rat with cerebral anoxia and cerebral ischemia. Methods To clip and shut the womb blood vessel of pregnant Wistar rats,and produce cerebral anoxia and cerebral ischemia model. Topamax was given to cure set,then compareing with the movement,study and memory abilities of every sets new-born rats by turn over body time,crawl along time and suspension experiment.We compare the study and memory abilities of every sets by automatic morris water maze experiment on the 28th day after birth. Results The cure set is better than the control on the movement,study and memory ability. And it turns for the better with the increase of medicine frequency. Conclusion Topamax can improve the movement,study and memory ability of new-born Wistar rat suffered with cerebral anoxia and cerebral ischemia in perinatal.
