摘要
实验研究了 2种油液污染度检测法———自动颗粒计数法和重量法检测结果间的关系。结果表明, 用自动计数法所测油液中粒度不小于 4μm、6μm、14μm的固体污染物颗粒数与用重量法所测单位体积内固体污染物的重量成正比。据此, 可以用重量法所测结果推算油液的ISO4406污染度等级。
The relation of the results acquired by two commonly used methods of detecting oil contamination level, automatic particle counting method and weighing method was investigated experimentally. The result shows that the solid con-taminant numbers detected by an automatic counter is directly proportional to the contaminant weight. With that relation, oil's ISO 4406 contamination level can be estimated if the contaminant weight is known.
