摘要
本文在分析常见的调速阀节流调速系统速度平稳性的基础上,得出该系统中溢流阀对突变外负载的影响加剧了 系统的速度波动,提出一种能改善系统动态速度平稳性的模糊控制液压比例溢流阀调速系统。仿真结果表明:模糊控制比 例溢流阀调速系统能有效地提高系统的速度平稳性。
On the basis of analysis of speed changes of a conventional speed control hydraulic system with a flow control valve,this paper derives that a response of the relief valve in the system to the force aggravates the speed fluctuation.And a kind of hydraulic system using a proportional relief valve controlled by a fuzzy controller was presented.Results of simulations indicate that this kind of system can effectively stabilize the speed of the systems.
