摘要
坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观,是对传统工业文明发展模式的反思,是对传统工业文明局限性的批评,是对传统工业文明的超越。要落实这个科学发展观,实现由非持续性发展社会向全面、协调、可持续性发展社会转型,重要的文明保证或文化支撑。
Adhering to the Concept of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the reflection on the traditional model of industrial civilization development, and the criticism on the limitations of traditional industrial civilization, and the transcending to traditional industrial civilization. To implement the scientific concept of development, and to realize the societal transition from the non-sustainable development to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, an important civilization guarantee or cultural underpinning is to establish a new concept of civilization which transcends the traditional industrial civilization and accords with the real situation of China.
