肿瘤生物治疗中过敏反应机制的探讨

摘要 目的 初步总结肿瘤生物治疗中的过敏反应 ,并探索其与免疫网络之间的关系。方法 用流式细胞仪检测接受肿瘤生物治疗患者的树突状细胞表面CD4 0、CD83的表达。结果 对于过敏病人 ,加入该病人血清前后的树突状细胞表面CD4 0、CD83的表达量具有明显差异 ,加入后的表达量明显低于加入前的表达量 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对于未过敏病人 ,加入病人血清前后的树突状细胞表面CD4 0、CD83的表达量无明显差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 肿瘤生物治疗中的过敏反应与免疫网络具有一定的相关性 ,检测免疫网络可预测治疗效果。 Objective To sum up the anaphylaxis in the biotherapy for tumor and explore the relation between anaphylaxis and immunity network.Methods CD40 and CD83 labeling the dendritic cells which were incubated with diluted pre-immune sera or sera obtained from patients with or without anaphylaxis during the biotherapy for tumor were analyzed with flow cytometry before long.Results As to the allergic patients,the quantities of CD40 and CD83 on the dendritic cells which were incubated with pre-immune sera or controlled with sera obtained during the biotherapy for tumor were compared. The latter was greatly lower than the former (P<0.05). As to the patients without anaphylaxis, the quantities of CD40 and CD83 were similarly compared and they were not statistically significant (P=0.558).Conclusion The anaphylaxis in the biotherapy for tumor is relevant to immunity network and the information of immunity network may be used to forecast the result of tumor treatment.
