乙烯基吡啶制备弱碱性离子交换膜

Radiation induced grafting of electron beam pre-irradiated F46 film 2-VP and 4-VP for preparing weak alkaline anionexchange membranes

摘要 研究了γ射线预辐照F46(聚全氟乙丙烯)薄膜接枝4-乙烯吡啶(4VP)、2-乙烯吡啶(2VP)等,对预辐照接枝制备阴离子交换膜的技术条件进行了探索.实验表明,用自行设计的新型液相反应器成功地制备了较大尺寸的弱碱性离子交换膜.研究了接枝过程的动力学,并进行了膜电性能及强度的初步测定.所得的弱碱性离子交换膜尺寸大,离子交换容量均匀,强度适于大多数电解反应器的要求. The grafting of 4-vinylpyredyne and 2-vinylpyredyne onto pre-irradiated F_(46) film was investigated.The conditions of the preparation of anionexchange membranes were studied.Based on the condition obtained,larger weak ionexchange membranes were prepared successfully with the new type of reaction instrument designed by ourselves.The kinetics of the grafting was also studied and the electrical properties and mechanical strength of the film were determined.The strength of the obtained weak alkaline ionexchange membranes,which had a larger size and auniform ionexchanging capacity,were fit for most of the electrolytic reactors.
