摘要
叙述二氧化锰混仓生产过程中用计算机实现自动化混仓的设计和实现方法,在计算机控制系统中,采用研华工控机为上位机,西门子PLC S7-200为下位机,用组态王软件作为上位机软件,用梯形逻辑图编写PLC的程序,并给出了通过PLC S7-200的RS485口实现通讯的解决方案。
This article depicts computer automatism design and method in MnO2 mixture produce course. In computer control system, we use Advantest Computer as upper-Computer, use RS485 of Siemens PLC S7-200 as down machine. We use the Kingview Configuration Software as upper engine software. The PLC program is compiled in echelon logic diagram .This article also expatiates solution of realizing communication.
