摘要
在硬膜外腔注射常温高渗盐水镇痛，对１２１例腹腔与非腹腔手术后的效果进行了对比观察，证实非腹腔组的镇痛效果明显优于腹腔组，这与高渗盐水不能完全阻断内脏感觉纤维的传导有关。提示硬膜外腔注射高渗盐水镇痛更适用于非腹腔手术病人。
Epidural normo-thermic hypertonic saline was administered in 121 abdominal and non-ab-dominal cases for postoperative analgesia. It proved that the analgetic effect in non-abdominal operation was significant better than abdominal operation,as htpertonic saline could not completely blood the Conduvtion of visceral sensory fiber. The author suggests that this postoperative analgetic method be more indicative for post-analgesia of non-abdominal operation.
