摘要
提出一种基于复合形法的液压挖掘机铲斗机构的优化设计方法,给出优化模型。通过实例证明了与传统设计方法相比较,这种优化设计方法可在满足约束条件的情况下使挖掘力最大,挖掘轻松顺利,提高工作效率和设计效率。
A method of optimal design for Hydraulic Excavator shovel mechanism is discussed and the optimal model is given. At last, it is verified by a specimen that compared with the traditional designing method,this method can obtain the maximal excavating force and make the excavating process relax and successful, it can also make the working efficiency and designing efficiency higher on the condition of meeting the constraints demand.
