摘要
一个国家所实行的农业政策是与该国经济和农业发展状况相适应的。有关指标表明,我国农业应该采取从剥夺农业向反哺农业过渡的政策。我国财政视角下农业政策的转变过程与实证分析的结论不相一致,据此我们给出了消除这种不一致性的政策建议。
In order to be geared to the development of her economy and agriculture, China's agricultural policy should be transformed from an exploiting type to a back-feeding one. Since there is a disagreement, in the fiscal perspective, between the transforming process of agricultural policy and the conclusion of the empirical analysis, this paper gives some policy proposals to eliminate this disagreement.
