摘要
为探索茶薪菇深层发酵的最适条件 ,提高其产多糖的能力 ,改变茶薪菇的发酵条件 (包括碳氮源种类及浓度、振荡转速、发酵时间 ) ,分别发酵、测定菌丝含量和多糖含量。结果表明 ,茶薪菇产多糖的最适发酵条件为pH 6 0、 1 4 0r·min-1 、发酵时间 7d 。
In order to find out the best condition of the polysaccharide production,This paper study on the polysaccharide production from changing the different physical's and chemical's factor(include:C source and its concentration,N Source and its concentration,rev,time of fermentation)in Agrocybe chaxingu subnerged fermentation.The result shows that the best fermentation condition of the polysaccharide production from Agrocybe chaxingu is pH 6.0,140 r·min^(-1) and fermentation time was 7 days.
