摘要
我国民营企业文化建设经过二十多年的积累 ,取得了一定成就 ,对企业的发展壮大起到推动作用。但是一直以来 ,大多数民营企业无论是在认识上还是实践上 ,都对企业文化存在一定误区 ,导致企业文化建设不足。文章正是从这一背景出发 ,通过分析民营企业文化建设存在的问题 ,找出影响企业文化建设的主、客观原因 ,从而为民营企业文化建设提供理论依据 。
The private enterprise culture construction has achieved some achievements in the past 20 years, which promotes the development of the private enterprises to some degree. However, misunderstandings of the culture construction exist in most private enterprises not only in their mind but also in the action, which do harm to the culture construction. Based on this background, the paper finds out the subjective and objective causes that hinder the healthy development of culture construction by the analysis of the existed problems, and supports the theoretic and practical basis to reconstruct the private enterprise culture pertinently.
