心理所有权:对职工持股效应的解释 被引量:3

摘要 本文按照行为经济学的方法,引入心理所有权(psychologicalownership)理论,解释了职工持股影响公司绩效的作用机理,这种从持股个体的心理和行为的角度研究持股效应的研究方法,对于分析我国职工持股制度具有很强的现实指导意义。
