摘要
烟粉虱内共生菌groEL基因编码一种 63KD的GroEL蛋白 ,属于分子伴侣cpn60家族成员 ,与烟粉虱传播植物病毒病关系密切。通过PCR对长期生活在甘蓝上的烟粉虱体内groEL基因进行了PCR扩增 ,序列测定表明其长度为 1 668bp ,编码 5 5 5个氨基酸 ,与Genebank中烟粉虱内共生菌groEL(AF1 30 4 2 1 )的核苷酸同源性为 99 82 % ,氨基酸同源性为 99 64%。
GroEL,one member of chaperon cpn60 family, a kind of 63KD protein coded by groEL gene from endosymbionts of Bemisia tabaci,plays important role in virus disease transmitted by Bemisia tabaci. The product of groEL gene is a kind of viral binding protein,which from endosymbionts of Bemisia tabaci on cabbage was amplified by PCR and cloned. The completed nucleotide sequence of the gene was determined. and it has 1668bp nucleotides and encodes 555 amino acids. Comparison showed that this gene has 99.82% similarity on nucleotides level and 99.64% similarity on amino acid level to AF130421,one groEL gene from endosymbionts of Bemisia tabaci in Genebank. =
