本文介绍国家发改委公布的“节能中长期专项规划”的主要内容和 2 0 10年 2 0 2 0年的节能目标、主要措施 ,并进一步阐述对贯彻科学发展观和全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标的重大作用。
The main points of “The Special Medium-long Item Program of Energy-saving” issued by the State Development and Reform Commission, the ain and main measure of energy-saving in 2010 and 2020 were introduced. Besides the effect of carrying out the viewpoint of scientific development on the construction of comparatively well-off society was elaborated.
