摘要
继电保护系统的误动与拒动,时刻威胁着电网的运营安全。文章提出将通道监测系统运用于继电保护通道,通过对继电保护信号进行实时的监测比较,及时确定误动设备的一整套方案。文章还对监测点联机方式、继电信号的采集手段以及监测机的配置和软硬件功能,进行了详细的介绍。
Making a wrong acting or refusing to act in a relay protection system is threatenning the operation security of the electric network constantly.The paper proposes applying the channel monitoring system to the relay protection channel,through comparing the relay protection signal in a realtime monitoring system,a whole set of schemes is given out that the wrong action equipment can be comfirmed.To the monitoring nodes,the way collect data,disposition of the monitoring machine and software and hardware function,all of them have been introduced in detail in the paper.
