含磷环氧树脂/纳米氢氧化铝阻燃体系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 合成了反应型阻燃剂9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO),与环氧树脂反应将阻燃元素磷引入到环氧树脂分子结构中,合成了阻燃的含磷环氧树脂。利用DTA研究了含磷环氧树脂/纳米氢氧化铝(ATH)等组成的阻燃环氧树脂体系的固化反应动力学,表观活化能ΔE为68.23kJ/mol,反应级数n为0.90。应用TGA初步评价了体系阻燃性能,700℃时成炭率15.73%,计算氧指数为24,初步表明有较好的阻燃效果。 Reactive phosphoric flame-retardant DOPO is synthesized and phosphoric epoxy resin is synthesized by the reaction of epoxy resin with DOPO,by which element phosphorus is brought into molecular structure of epoxy resin.The curing reaction dynamics of the phosphoric epoxy resin/nano aluminum hydrate flame-retardant composite is investigated with DTA,the apparent activation energy is68.23kJ/mol and reaction order is0.90.The flame-retardant performance ofthe composite is evaluated with TGA,the char yield percentage at700℃is15.73%,estimated oxygen index is24,which show the composite has better flame-retardant function.
