摘要
工业结构升级是当前我国经济发展中的一个非常重大的问题。随着市场化和全球化进程的加快,我国工业结构升级将处于一个特殊的环境下。研究这一过程中政府、市场和企业在工业结构升级中的不同作用,意义非常重要。本文在理论和实践分析的基础上,提出了政府为先导,市场为基础,企业为主体的工业结构调整世纪模式。
The upgrading of industrial structure is a very important problem in economic development of China. With hastening the progress of 'marketization' (general adoption of the market priniciples) and globalization, the upgrading of industrial structure of China will be in a special circumstance. It is of very important significance to research the different functions of government, market and enterprise in the process. On the basis of theoretical and practical analysis, this paper presents the model of adjustment of industrial structure with government as the guide, market as the basis and enterprise as the subject.
