摘要
在界定股份合作制的基础上 ,分析了股份合作制的特点及其产生的背景 ,并对进一步推行股份合作制提出了对策及建议。
Based On defining the system of stockholding cooperative, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the system of stockholding cooperative and its developing economic background in China,then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the system of stockholding cooperative in future.
