摘要
在现实条件下发展蔬菜业、林果业只能局限在有限的区域 ,因而并不能使陕西广大农民的收入实现稳定增长 ,而在西部大开发及启动“山川秀美”工程背景下 。
Under the present conditions, vegetable industries, forestry and fruit industries developments are just distributed in some limited areas. Therefore, it can't realize the income increase of farmers in Shaanxi province. With the circumstance of developing the West program and carrying out landscape engineering of the mountains and valleys, however, developing animal husbandry is an effective way of realizing income increase of most farmers.
