摘要
分析了改革开放以来农民收入增长的趋势、格局与区域间农民收入差距变化 ,区域间农村经济发展差距的成因 ,揭示了农业发展新阶段所面临的国内外环境和制约农民收入增长的矛盾和问题 ,从调整农业和农村经济结构、农业发展战略、农业经营方式、资源、市场、科技以及城市化建设等方面提出了促进农民收入持续增长的思路与对策。
The growth trend and pattern of farmers' income, the disparity change of farmers' income, the disparity change of farmers' income among regions and the causes of the disparity on rural economic development after reforming and opening are analysed ,problems on restricting farmers' income increase and internal and external surroundings farmers will face in the new stage of agriculture development are brought to light, and thoughts and countermeasures to sustainal growth on regulating agricultural and rural economy structure, strategies for agriculture development, the forms of agricultural operation, resources, markets,sciences and technologies, and urbanized construction of rutal regions are put forward in the text.
