摘要
本文对当前债转股的风险,从企业道德风险、银行信用风险、财政支出风险三个方面进行了分析。在此基础上从建立现代企业制度、发展资本市场、综合治理宏观经济环境三方面提出了几点建议。
Based on the analysis of three aspects of state-owned enterprises, i. e. morality risk, bank credit risks and financial disbursement risks, the paper studies the present problems about debt-to-equity swap program, and further puts forward some propositions on how to establish modern corporation principles, how to develop capital market and how to comprehensively regulate macroeconomic environment.
