The non-academical knowledge is accumulated by the knowledge fragment arranged without order. It is the historical product of the development of human being's knowledge and the symbol of modern society.It satisfies the need of modern people's pursuing knowledge and the aesthetic need. It can also compensate the defect of people's moral quality and save their mental crisis.
