花纹粉末涂料既保持热固性粉末涂料的诸多优点，又有其自身的特点，能满足各种特殊要求。阐述了花纹粉末涂料的分类、生产工艺和原理。讨论了影响花纹形状和大小的因素。以纯聚酯型和丙烯酸型花纹粉末涂料为例，列举了其底粉的基本配方。
AbstractTexture powder coating has showed itsunique properties as well as many advan-tages of thermosetting powder coating. Thecoating can satisfy various special require-ment. Its classification , production technolo-gy and principle were described. The affect-ing factors on texture shape and size werediscussed. Basic formulation of the basepowder was given with pure polyester andacrylic texture powder coating as examples.
