摘要
学生成就动机的理论研究 ,有助于教师、父母培养儿童正确的成就动机 ,这对学生身心健康发展起着重要作用。学生成就动机会影响学生学习成绩、成功与失败的归因、学生的择业 ;学生的成就动机与教师、父母对其的成就期待有关 ;
The theoretical research of the student intention of achievement is useful for teachers and parents to foster children's intention of attaining success. It is of great importance to their physical and mental healthy. The intention of attainment success will also greatly affect students' result of school record , the cause for failure and success, and the students' selection for occupation. Children's intention of achievement has something to do with the anticipation of success from their teachers and parents. There are also evident gender differences in children's intention of achievement.
