摘要
经济法的独特功能 ,将在我国加入世界贸易组织之后更好地体现出来。在WTO规则下的更加完善的市场体系中 ,民商法是基础 ,经济法是保障。经济法之功能就在于对社会经济关系进行综合系统调整 ,对社会经济发展施加直接、导向性影响 。
The unique functions of the Economy Law are to be better embodied after China enters WTO. Of the more perfect market systems based on WTO regulations, people's business law is the foundation, economy law the guarantee.The function of economy law lies in the systematical adjustment to the social economical relationship.It inserts directly influence to social economical development,which most effectively realize economical benefit and fully reveal social fairplay.
