摘要
技术的预定目标与技术的后果总是存在不一致，这就产生了技术双重性论。尽管当代社会是建构在技术上的社会，并且技术带给人的方便和舒适使人陶醉在享受技术成果的喜悦中，但是，技术的负效应足以使人清醒和悔悟。随着技术的发展，一直有一些有识之士对技术提出批评和质疑。今天技术的双重性论效应已成为全世界的共识。尽管对技术的批判思想存有许多缺陷，但是其对技术文明的反思和觉醒具有深刻和长远的意义。
The preset aims of technology con not conform to the consequences of t echnology, which lead to the technological paradox. Modern society is constructe d on the technology, and the convenience provided by technology make people enjo y themselves in the happiness of the technological production, the adverse effec ts of technology is enough to make them reform, regret and deplore. With the development of technology, a group of elite put forward some to cri ticism and question on technological consequence. Now the technological paradox has become the consensus of all over the world. There are some defects in critic al technology ,but it is the awaking of technological civilization, which has pr ofound and forever significance.
