摘要
考察全球性与地区性集体安全模式的实践可以发现 ,强机制的集体安全模式不适用于目前的东北亚地区 ,但对于构筑各方认可的东北亚安全安排 ,实现东北亚的长久和平 。
By investigating the practice of the global and distinctive collective security pattern we can find that the stronger regimes collective security pattern is not adapted to the Northeast Asia area at present. But it offered a useful reference to realize the eventual peace of Northeast Asia and to build up the security arrangement of Northeast Asia, which was accepted generally by concerned countries.
