摘要
新世纪的知识战略主要靠人才。延边地区在人才方面有许多问题 ,也是有原因的。解决延边人才问题的关键是提高认识 ,健全用人机制 ,大力培养人才 ,引进人才 ,强化继续教育 ,加快人才资源的二次开发。
Knongledge strategy in the new century must rely on the talented people.There are many existing problems about the talented people in Yanbian area,which has its own causes.The key to solve these problems is to improve the recognition,perfect the system how to use people,train the talented people energetically,import the talented people,strengthen the proceeding education,speed up the second development of talented people resources.
