面对医疗市场在21世纪遇到的新挑战,本文立足于急诊医学的学科特点,提出急诊科住院医师的培养应从职业道德素质、专业素质、心理素质和人文素质等多方面进行综合训练.
Medical market face the new challenge in 21 century. From the characteristic of emergency medicine, this paper suggest that the training on resident of emergency department ought to include professional ethics, speciality knowledge, psychological factor and humanistic education.
