摘要
为了探索登革热的发病机理,本实验将登革热病毒注入30只乳鼠腹腔内,3d后取乳鼠脑、心、肺、肝、肾等切片,用间接免疫荧光法检测登革热病毒抗原。登革热病毒抗原定位于神经原、血管内皮细胞和单核巨噬细胞胞浆内。提示登革热病毒对内皮细胞的直接损伤作用在登革热的发病机理中起重要作用。
In order to understand the pathogenesis of dengue fever,30 suckling mice were inoculated with dengue virus via peritoneal injection.72 hours after the injection,dengue viral antigen in various organs of the suckling mice was detected by indirect immunofluorescene technique.Dengue viral antigen was located in the cytoplasm of neurons,endothelial cells and momonuclear phagocyte lineage,suggesting that direct damage of endothelial cells by dengue virus might play an important role in the pathogenesis of dengue fever.
