体内植入生物陶瓷后新骨形成的定量分析 被引量:3

摘要 用人工合成材料多孔磷酸三钙陶瓷(PTCP)及磁性多孔磷酸三钙陶瓷(MPTCP)颗粒植入大白鼠股骨骨钻孔中(直径3mm),经4个月定期组织切片、扫描电镜观察及组织切片新骨形成定量分析表明,两种陶瓷均具有良好的生物相容性,且能在体内发生降解。MPTCP陶瓷促进新骨形成的能力优于PTCP陶瓷,成骨方式不变即软骨内成骨。新骨形成定量分析法简便实用;有助于类似实验模型切片中组织构成的定量分析。 Two kinds of synthetic biomaterials,porous tricalcium phosphate (PTCP)and magnetic porous tricalcium phosphate (MPTCP) ceramic granules were operatively implanted into the artificial cavity (3mm in diameter) of rat femur.In a period of 4 months,the assessment of serial histological sections,scanning electron microphotographs and quantitative analysis of bone formation in the sections showed that both ceramics were biocompatible and degradable in vivo.New bone formation occurred more exuberantly in the MPTCP roup than that in the PTCP group.Moreover,the same procedures,i.e.endochondral osification,were observed in both groups.The quantitative analysis used in this study is simple and reliable,and may be applicable to the similar experimental models.
