摘要
采用不同含量的大蒜浸提液浸泡西葫芦种子处理后,研究其对种子活力及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,各处理对种子前期发芽有明显的抑制作用,大蒜素含量越高,抑制作用越大,但最终发芽率没有明显差异,发芽势和发芽指数随大蒜素含量的增加明显降低;大蒜素含量越高,幼苗出土越晚,主根长和根鲜重与出苗早晚没有明显相关性;幼苗下胚轴长随大蒜素含量增加而减小,下胚轴粗和苗鲜重随大蒜素含量增加而增加.
The seeds of summer squash were socked in galic extraneous liquid with different kinds of density to study its effect on seed viability and growth.The results showed that each treatment had an obvious inhibited effect on the prophase of seed germination.The higher the treatment density was,the stronger the inhibited effect was.But the rate of germination had no significant difference.The germinative force and the germination index dropped obviously with the increasing of density. The higher the density was,the later,the seedlings emerged.But the length of main root and the weight of fresh roots had no obvious correlation with the time of emergence.The length of hypocotyl reduced,while the thickness of hypocotyl and the weight of fresh seedlings increased with the raising of treatment density.
