摘要
本文介绍了α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯生产工艺及控制方案,针对具有大滞后、大时间常数和特性时变的控制对象,提出了一种基于规则的智能控制方法。系统实际运行中取得了满意的控制效果。这是国内首次实现α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯生产全过程计算机自动控制。
The process technology and control scheme of α-ethyl cyanoacrylate producing is introduced in this paper. Aiming at the control object with large-delay, large time constant and time-varying character, a method of intelligent control based on rule is put forward. The results of system running indicate that the method gives a good control performance. It is the first time that full process automatic control of α-ethyl cyanoacrylate producing using microcomputer has been realized in china.
