早期肾损伤的慢性乙型肝炎患者PBL Fas表达和凋亡的检测及意义

摘要 目的 初步研究外周血淋巴细胞激活诱导细胞死亡 (AICD)在慢性乙型肝炎患者早期肾损伤中可能存在的作用。方法 分离 2 0例正常健康人 (A组 )、2 4例慢性乙型肝炎无肾损伤者 (B组 )及 2 0例慢性乙型肝炎早期肾损伤者 (C组 )外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL) ,用流式细胞仪检测PBLFas表达率及培养后凋亡情况。结果 C组PBLFas表达及AICD分别为 39.6 8± 8.88,4 1.4 4±12 .78;B组为 30 .97± 13.6 9,2 8.87± 12 .2 4 ;A组为 19.0 3± 10 .2 4 ,19.4 5± 9.6 6。C组PBLFas表达及AICD明显高于其他两组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 PBLFas表达和AICD增加 ,可能在慢性乙型肝炎患者早期肾损伤中起一定作用。 Objective To study role of activation-induced cell death (AICD) in the pathogenesis of early renal impairment in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods The peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) were isolated from healthy people (20 cases,group A), chronic hepatitis B patients without early renal impairment (24 cases,group B) and chronic hepatitis B patients with early renal impairment (20 cases,group C). Fas and apoptosis of PBL were assessed by flow cytometry. Results Fas expression and AICD were 39.68± 8.88 and 41.44±12.78 in group C, 30.97±13.69 and 28.87±12.24 in group B, 19.03±10.24 and 19.45 ±9.66 in group A, respectively. Fas expression and AICD in group C were significantly higher as compared with those of group A and B (P<0.05). Conclusions More severity AICD by Fas apoptosis pathway may play an important role in the pathogenesis of early renal impairment in chronic hepatitis B patients.
