摘要
利用温度传感器芯片DS18B20和单片机技术,实现一个PID自整定的智能温控系统。该系统对环境温度进行在线监测,根据不同的误差和误差变化率自动调节PID的三个参数。该系统硬件结构简单,成本低,具有广阔的市场前景。
An intellectual self-tuning PID temperature-controlled system is designed, in which the temperature sensor DS18B20 and the SCM technology are used. The system can detect the temperature of environment on-line, and the three pa- rameters of PID controller can be calculated automatically according to the error and the velocity of the error. It has great mar- ket potential because of its simple structure and low cost.
