摘要
随着知识经济的发展,“能力本位”成为现代人力资源价值取向的基本准则和核心。强化能本管理,有效开发、利用护理人员的智力潜能和实践创新能力,是把医院丰富的护理人力资源优势转变为现实发展优势的有效途径。从引导自主学习、创设竞争性工作情境、应用激励策略3个方面论述医院护理如何以能为本,提升护理人员素质,开发护理资源,提高护理管理效益。
With the development of knowledge economy,'competence standard' has been the basic criterion and core of judging the value of modern human resources.It is an effective way to enforce competence management and effectively exploite and make full use of the nurses' intelligence potentiality and practical creativity to transform the abundant nursing human resources to be the actual advantage of development.This article discussed how to make competence as a standard to improve the quality of nurses,to exploit nurses' resources,and to promote management profit from the following three aspects, which included instructing self-directed learning,creating competitive working circumstance and applying inspire strategies.
